Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to announce Chip Perry as Salesperson of the Month for September 2022.
Chip’s parents bought a lake lot on Lake Oconee shortly after Georgia Power damned the Oconee River in 1979 to create the lake, and he grew up learning to fish and ski on Lake Oconee. Days were spent fishing in the morning and skiing behind the same bass boat by afternoon. From these experiences, he has a comprehensive knowledge of Reynolds and Lake Oconee.
Perry worked in corporate sales and customer service for Kraft Foods before joining the Reynolds sales team in January 2015. During his time with Reynolds, he has won numerous awards including Reynolds Salesperson of the Month and multiple Million Dollar Producer and Top Producer awards from the Lake Country Board of Realtors. “My knowledge of Reynolds and Lake Oconee along with negotiation skills sets me apart from other agents,” Perry says. “Clients will know that their best interest is my top priority.”
Passionate about lake life, Perry enjoys living the life he loves with his wife, Tina, and sons, Jackson and Alex. Tina purchased Olive + Hive last year, a local gourmet olive oil company. With this purchase, she has created a passion for food in both the boys and Chip. The family has enjoyed learning how to make homemade pizza and sourdough bread. Chip also enjoys quail hunting with his Weimaraner pup who is new to the sport. Perry and his family are active members at Lake Oconee Church in Greensboro.
