Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to announce Mary Balicki as Salesperson of the Month for September with transactions totaling over 6.1 million.

A Georgia native originally from Conyers, Mary has been with Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties since 2015. She was first introduced to Reynolds Lake Oconee by her husband, Chad, whose parents have been members of Reynolds since the early ‘90s. “I will never forget driving through the gates for the first time 21 years ago,” Balicki recalls. “The endless beauty, the peaceful tranquility, and the genuinely kind people are what I love most.”

When showing property, Mary has found that the key is, understanding the vision of her clients first. She searches to find the right property within their price range while understanding the market and then being very competitive with their offer to purchase. Working tirelessly and closely with her clients, they know Mary is there for them at every single turn. She believes it makes a difference when you are positive, optimistic, and excited about the amazing product you are selling!

“Working at Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties is a dream come true every single day,” says Balicki. “Many of my clients become my very dear friends and my favorite thing is introducing them to each other as they make their home here. The most exciting thing to me about the future is continuing to make my clients dreams come true at Reynolds Lake Oconee.”

When not helping clients, Mary loves cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. Chad, her husband, and daughters, Audrey, Sloane, and Gabby love visiting National Parks, having been to 20 so far.

“I am very proud of Mary’s performance this month,” says Lee Arberg, Senior Vice President of Sales for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC. “Mary has proven why she is a valuable member of our team, and I look forward to what she will accomplish in the future.”
