Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to announce Mary Balicki as Salesperson of the Month for April 2023.
A native of Georgia, Mary is now an eight-year veteran of the Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties sales team. She was first introduced to Reynolds Lake Oconee by her husband, Chad, who recently joined her as a fellow Sales Executive at Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties.
When working with her clients, Mary has found that the key is understanding their vision first. She searches to find the right property within their price range while understanding the market and then working with the client to present a competitive offer to purchase a property. Working tirelessly and closely with her clients, they know Mary is consistently present for them throughout the process of buying or selling. She believes it makes a difference when you are positive, optimistic, and excited about the amazing product you are selling.
“Working at Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties is a dream come true every single day,” says Balicki. “Many of my clients become my very dear friends and my favorite thing is introducing them to each other as they make their home here. The most exciting thing to me about the future is continuing to make my client's dreams come true at Reynolds.”
Mary and Chad love spending time with friends on Lake Oconee and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens. Their eldest daughter is a rising junior at UGA.
