Many of my listings only lasted a few days on the market, illustrating that the market is still hot, but having an experienced agent to help position a property correctly is still of the utmost importance.” Ron will be celebrating 31 years in the real estate business this month.
Tennis is a passion for Ron. He is a proud founder of the Lake Oconee Academy Tennis Club and is an active participant in the Tennis program at Reynolds. More than playing tennis, Ron loves coaching it. “Coaching Young students is so rewarding and a passion of mine that never gets old,” says Kalpak. “I was proud of the LOA Boys and Girls teams as they had stellar showings in the state playoffs, and look forward to another great season in 2024."
“I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the support of my wife, Heidi,” says Kalpak. “Real estate is a full-time job for me, and even though I love what I do, it still requires long hours and full attention to detail. Heidi is a constant encourager!”
