4 pumpkin pie slices, made from your favorite recipe

4 won ton sheets

1 egg

Salted caramel ice cream

Candied pecans

Caramel sauce

Cinnamon sugar


Heat oil in a fryer to 350○. Scoop pumpkin pie onto the wonton skin. Egg wash sides and fold corners together. Fry in heated oil until golden and crispy. Drain onto absorbent towel. Gently toss with cinnamon sugar. Serve warm over ice cream and garnish with caramel sauce and pecans.
