Kelly Walloch

Sales Executive

Kelly started golfing at age 4.

Kelly Walloch is home sweet home.

Reynolds Lake Oconee is a special place to Kelly Walloch.

Raised in Great Waters, Kelly was waterskiing at age four and grew up golfing the famed Nicklaus course that defines the property. Kelly and her siblings were some of the first children within Reynolds, which allowed them to experience many of the “firsts” such as junior golf, tennis, and the Reynolds Rapids Swim Team.

College took Kelly right down the road to UGA in nearby Athens, Georgia, followed by a job with an advertising agency in Atlanta for several years. However, even when away, she came back to Reynolds and Lake Oconee every chance she had.

Because she grew up in this beautiful place, she often took it for granted. Living in Athens and Atlanta really put “Lake Life” into perspective for Kelly. She missed her small town, the smell of fresh-cut grass on the golf course, relaxing on the lake, sunsets you only get in the country and getting to see the stars. She missed her home.

Kelly moved back full time in late 2015, and a year later, she earned her real estate license becoming a Sales Executive for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties. She works alongside her father, Scott, and brother, David.

After work, you can find her wakeboarding, wake surfing, golfing or doing really anything outside. When it comes to food, Kelly opts for all things spicy “the spicier the better!” She has a talent for visiting restaurants that make people sign waivers before eating their spiciest wings. Her coffee in the morning is RedBull — it gives her wings! She also enjoys listening to EDM-infused music.

Perhaps greatest is the privilege Kelly has in introducing people to the community she’s been fortunate enough to call home for 30 years.
