Smokey Bacon Wrapped Turkey Medallions
Ingredients
1 turkey breast, boneless and skinless
8 bacon slices
2 tbsp poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350○. Heat a medium pan and fry bacon slices until crispy. Cut turkey lengthwise into 3” diameter pieces. Season and wrap with bacon slightly overlapping. Tie with butchers twine and roast in oven until reaching an internal temperature of 165○. Allow to sit tented with foil for about 15 minutes. Slice into 2” thick medallions right before serving.
