Randall Bramblett is a perfect example of the exceptional quality of musicians born and raised in the South. Growing up in the South in the days before the internet, Randall was moved by the gospel sounds of the churches and the race records that could be heard on the radio late at night. He especially loved Ray Charles, Howlin’ Wolf and Otis Redding. In the ‘60s, Bob Dylan showed a new way of songwriting and the blues, jazz, country, and folk influences began to merge in the budding career of Randall Bramblett. This provided a wide spectrum to pull from and still works today as the backbone of his own musical legacy. No matter how many legends he has been involved with Randall’s music evolves, keeping a modern and cutting edge sound. The players are all world-class, and these musicians have spent many years on big stages together. Expect to experience one of Georgia’s musical treasures perform his soulful southern songs. On this night, Bramblett’s trio will be playing his favorite songs from his long career and inviting the audience into a sneak peak of what’s next.
