The campus of Reynolds Lake Oconee was selected as the inaugural site for the First Annual Franklin Club Summit which was held during the week of November 9th, 2015.  The Franklin Club is a destination resort and private Club Membership development, marketing, sales, and Membership think tank which brings together senior leaders from some of the country’s most admired and respected Clubs and communities.  This year, participants came from 12 states representing more than 70 communities, 450 golf facilities, and literally thousands of Members, employees and other constituent groups.  They were treated over the course of a couple of days, to many of the special places including a boat ride across Lake Oconee and a trip through the Oconee Forest to The Sandy Creek Barn.  Afternoon sessions there, followed by a magnificent dinner put together by Chef Derin Moore and the Reynolds Culinary Team was one of the highlights of the three day event.
