Reynolds Lake Oconee is pleased to announce the recipients of its Fourth Quarter Employee Awards for 2020. Brian Baker, Director of Marina Operations, has been named Leader of the Quarter, while Brooke Chandler, Golf Shop Clerk, and Kim Robinson, Sales Closing Coordinator, have been named Employees of the Quarter.

Brian Baker will celebrate his fifth anniversary with Reynolds this year. He’s been in the marine industry for more than 18 years, holding various responsibilities to include Director, Regional Manager, General Manager and Dockhand.

“The people I work with daily are the best,” said Baker. “We have a great team in the marinas and within all of Reynolds, and that makes coming to work easy.” We have a great culture that allows for the freedom to grow with many options for that growth.

In his free time, Brian enjoys working out in the morning, playing drums, cooking, and spending time with his wife, Beth, daughter, Harper, and his dog, Lola. He is also a member of the Second Harvest and Men of Lake Oconee.

Brooke Chandler, Preserve Golf Shop Clerk, has been an employee of Reynolds Lake Oconee for one year. She enjoys the opportunity to interact with Members and guests, and share in the fun events held at Reynolds.

“My favorite part of my job is meeting new people from all walks of life,” said Brooke. “I enjoy the community aspect and how everyone pushes each other to succeed.”

Before coming to Reynolds, Brooke was a student at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Chandler is now taking classes online. In her spare time, she can be found playing with her dog, Harper.

Kim Robinson works as a Sales Closing Coordinator. Her career at Reynolds Lake Oconee has spanned more than 14 years.

“Reynolds is a company that you can count on,” said Kim. “They operate with a lot of integrity and perhaps most of all, it’s nice to work for a company that values my contribution.”

When not providing stellar support to the Reynolds sale team, Kim, a Georgia native, can be found volunteering as a member of the Lake Oconee Auxiliary or the Lake Oconee Elks. You can also find Kim making jewelry, reading a great book, binging on Netflix, or just spending some quality time with her husband, Chuck, and their two kittens, Squeakers and Zack.
