Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to congratulate our 2019 Lake Country Board of Realtors Award Winners. Over half of our team has been honored as Million Dollar Club Members.
The sole dedication and focus of selling Reynolds exclusively, combined with our colleagues from other lake area agencies, resulted in 332 homes and homesites sold within the community. The Home Team at Reynolds Lake Oconee was on one, or more often both sides, of nearly 68% of the total transactions.
Micki Tanner was honored with the Top Producer: Bronze Award with over $9 million in sales, and Traci Johnson was named Rookie of the Year for $1 million.
Led by Rhonda Cook and JoAnn Bigelow, the Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC Resale Team received the Large Team Award, as well recognition as a Million Dollar Club Member for $7 million. Fellow Million Dollar Club Members Debbie Balicki with $7 million, Jere Mills with $6 million, and Dianne Spires with $5 million also each received the Small Team Award, while Chris Hewatt with $4 million and Jeremy Johnson with $1 million were each named 2019 Life Members.

Chip Perry and Ron Kalpak, $8 million; Rich Johns, $3 million; Scott Hoersten, $2 million; and Bob Miller, David Hoersten, Kelly Hoersten, and Tom Condon, $1 million.
