Reynolds Lake Oconee is pleased to recognize the most recent recipients of the annual Employee Awards for their integrity, exceptional quality, and commitment to the company. “The core of Reynolds Lake Oconee is the hard-working and extraordinary employees who live our core values and standards each day,” says Rabun Neal, President of Reynolds Lake Oconee. “These awards are our chance to recognize those people for their service.”

Brandy Williamson, Snack Bar, The Oconee, was awarded the title of Employee of the Year, while Frank Brennan, Human Resources Manager, was recognized as Leader of the Year. Traci Johnson was honored as Sales Executive of the Year and Most Valuable Producer for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties. Fred Caselli, Course Advisor, The Landing, received the 2024 “Helping Hands” Award.

With an impressive 30-year tenure with Reynolds, Brandy Williamson has become an integral part of the community. She cherishes the meaningful connections she has forged with members, watching many grow up and start their own families.

Brandy’s positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service have been invaluable throughout the year. Brandy’s dedication to her role and ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests are admirable. Her positive impact on our operations is evident, and we are fortunate to have her as a dedicated employee at Reynolds.

When not working, Brandy enjoys spending time on her family farm, supporting her daughter at horse shows, and simply being outdoors. She is married to Travis and is the proud parent of their daughter, Cora.

Frank Brennan, with seven years of dedicated service, has become an invaluable asset to the company. In the employee development area, Frank’s energy permeates and inspires each team member at Reynolds Lake Oconee.

His passion for the growth and development of all team members is undeniable. His training programs have an overwhelmingly positive effect on the company culture. “Reynolds Lake Oconee takes their development seriously,” says Frank. “They don’t overproduce and sacrifice quality over mass quantity. They are strategic and excellent stewards of the land and legacy entrusted to them. Being in the people development industry, I appreciate this from the real estate perspective.”

Frank is a dedicated professional who brings a wealth of experience to Reynolds. Before joining the team, he was a learning and development manager for the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. He recently earned a Master’s Degree in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development from the University of Georgia, further enhancing his expertise.

Frank is a devoted family man and active community member. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their daughters, Imma and Lucy. As a former youth minister, he continues to be involved in youth programs and is passionate about inspiring the next generation.

Traci Johnson continues to excel and we are thrilled to congratulate her for another successful year in real estate. Since becoming an active agent with Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, Traci has accomplished many notable recognitions including Lake Country Board of Realtors’ 2019 Rookie of the Year, Million Dollar Club Member, and Top Producer each year. Traci’s biggest accomplishment since joining the real estate team is consecutively holding the prestigious honor of Sales Executive of the Year for 2022, 2023, and 2024, closing over $60 million in sales just last year per the Lake Country MLS. In addition, she was recognized as the second-highest-grossing agent within the Lake Country Board of Realtors in 2024.

A Warner Robins, Georgia native, Traci and her husband, Jeff, followed their dream and settled into the luxury lake lifestyle after becoming empty nesters. Traci instantly fell in love with the “Rhythm of Reynolds” and soon joined the Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties team. “From the moment we joined the Reynolds community, I was so thankful for the life it afforded my family,” says Traci. “As a dedicated agent at Reynolds, I’m grateful to spotlight my wonderful home with others, helping each one of them discover what makes the community so special. Reynolds is all I do; it’s what I do; and it shows!”

Traci and Jeff travel often to visit their six kids and seven grandkids spread throughout the country. Traci is also passionate about giving back and dedicates much of her free time to Make-A-Wish Georgia, as a proud Advisory Board Member.

The Reynolds Lake Oconee community is bursting with pride as we celebrate Fred Caselli as our Helping Hands recipient this year. When he’s not providing our members with his assistance as a course advisor at The Landing, he fills the rest of his day with helping others in his community who need assistance. Anybody. In the neighborhood where he lives, when it’s time to change out the batteries in his smoke detector, or the filters in his air conditioners, he now does the same for some of the widows who live nearby. So these homes are on the same schedule, breathing fresh air, and sleeping more soundly because of him.

As a Member of the Elks and the Knights of Columbus, he regularly participates in events. He manages the annual dinner for the police and sheriff’s departments of both Greene and Putnam counties. He organizes, shops, cooks, and serves the dinners. He is a member of the team that constructs ramps for people with handicaps or disabilities all over Greene and Putnam, making their lives a little more bearable tomorrow, than it is today. Fred’s commitment to our community is a source of immense pride for Reynolds Lake Oconee and fellow team members. Thank you for making a difference!
