Meet Calvin Borisuk, a Sales Executive who turned a longtime passion for investing in real estate into a second career. He brings decades of experience and a love for the Reynolds lifestyle, sharing what makes family time and life in this community so meaningful.
Do you have a favorite memory from your time at Reynolds?
I don’t know if I can define just one, but this past Father’s Day is definitely near the top. All three of our kids came to town and we had a completely Reynolds weekend—golf at Great Waters, clay shooting at Sandy Creek, dinner at Richland Pointe, a private cooking class at home, and Sunday brunch with U.S. Open coverage at the Creek Club after church. It was a spectacular weekend with just our family enjoying God’s creation together.
What’s something clients are often surprised to learn about you?
That cows are my favorite animal. As a kid, I always wanted to be a dairy farmer like my parents.
How did you get started in real estate?
I’ve been investing in real estate for 20 years, buying and selling dozens of properties, so it has always been a sort of hobby of mine. After retiring from my previous career in branded resort sales and marketing, real estate was a natural fit because it combined my professional background with two decades of personal experience.
