This week’s Q&A features Dianne Spires, a Sales Executive who turned her own experiences moving frequently into a passion for helping others find their perfect home. With deep appreciation for the Reynolds lifestyle and a love for the family-oriented environment, Dianne shares her insights, advice, and favorite memories from living and working in this vibrant community.
How did you get started in real estate?
"With my husband’s job, we moved every 2–3 years for 34 years. I learned firsthand the importance of a good real estate agent, and that experience inspired me to help others make their real estate dreams come true. All of my clients have become great friends, and I am so grateful to live and work at Reynolds, a place I truly love!"
What’s one piece of advice you always share with buyers?
"Reynolds has so much to offer its members, but remember—you can do as much or as little as you choose. The beauty of Reynolds is that members choose to live here; we are not a transfer destination, and our members could live almost anywhere. That said, you’ll find happy property owners who choose to be at Reynolds, and they are always excited to meet new friends."
Do you have a favorite memory from your time at Reynolds?
"When we chose to move to Reynolds, it was very important to us to find a place our kids would want to visit. We have two daughters, two amazing sons-in-law, and now five granddaughters who all love Reynolds and visit often from their homes in Maryland. Our granddaughters have been involved in adventure camps, golf camps, golf lessons, and many other family activities Reynolds offers. Reynolds has always been very family-oriented—when our granddaughters were younger, they called it “the adult Disney World,” which is a great way to put it. There really is something for everyone!"
