Cecelia Miller

For Cecelia, Reynolds Lake Oconee has been in her bloodstream, and that of her family for nearly three decades.

Prior to being selected to join the Reynolds Lake Oconee Team, Cecelia had a successful 35-year career in real estate in Atlanta, but like so many Atlantans, the gravitational pull of the Lake and of Reynolds became too strong to resist. In relocating her real estate business to the Lake and joining the team at Reynolds, Cecelia enjoyed the unique head start of working alongside her mother, Micki Tanner, a REALTOR® at Reynolds Lake Oconee for more than 26 years.

Now settled in and embedded in the community full time, Cecelia and her husband Matt take full advantage of the broad range of experiences that Membership at Reynolds provides, sharing these moments as often as possible with her stepsons Zach, a recent University of Tennessee graduate, and Jett who will graduate from Ole Miss in Spring 2026. Their home also includes Sydney and Finn, their two “lake dogs” who have graciously allowed the Miller family to live in the home alongside them.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services, Cecelia has been hard-wired to give back to her community since her college years. Enthusiastically connected to her community, Cecelia is very active in her Church, The Rotary Club of Greene and Putnam Counties, and sits on the Board of the Pete Nance Boys & Girls Club, among many other things.
