How fortunate we were to be referred to Chip Perry while staying at The Ritz, when we started looking for a lake property at Lake Oconee. We learned so much about the area and great places to eat and events happening from Chip. Being new to the area, we had so many questions and Chip always had the answers. Fast forward 7 years, and we have had Chip represent us as both buyers and sellers. We have also had the pleasure of getting to know his lovely wife and are very blessed to now call them friends.
