David Hoersten
Sales Executive
David once picked up Jack Nicklaus from the Milledgeville Airport.
David Hoersten’s childhood dream has come true.
With his roots at Reynolds beginning in the mid-1980s when Lake Oconee was but a few years old, David has observed and participated in the growth of the lake area nearly his entire life.
In his early years, David & his siblings were among the first children raised in the Reynolds Lake Oconee community. As a result of this, many of the family recreation programs we enjoy at Reynolds were tried and tested decades ago by those early pioneers.
David’s experience growing up in Reynolds was likely a bit different than what families today experience due in large part to his father’s role as VP of Planning & Development for Reynolds. When not playing golf or enjoying the lake, you could often find David accompanying his father exploring the next phases of development, hoping they didn’t get stuck in the woods for hours!
Following his time at The University of Georgia earning a degree in International Affairs, David pursued a career in real estate, a path nurtured from his years watching and participating in the growth of Reynolds from its start.
Inevitably, David found himself being called back to Reynolds where he first fell in love with the real estate field. After working in various facets of residential and commercial real estate for over ten years, David understands the need to listen to his customers, helping them to discover their ideal Reynolds property.
Today, you will still find David and the entire Hoersten family in and around the community daily, though there are now three generations enjoying, living, and working in the place they have called “home” for over 35 years.
