Mary has quite a depth of knowledge of the unique Reynolds community. She has her finger on the pulse of the Reynolds market and was even able to present some homes to us in advance of their being advertised for sale. She initially offered us a wide range of possibilities but quickly narrowed the search to units matching our criteria, which was a very welcome time-saver. I particularly appreciated her promptness in notifying us of new listings, and she always did so without any pressure for us to consider them. She was candid in her evaluation of the relative merits of the homes we visited, which is a refreshing quality in a real estate agent. She was always prompt in responding to emails and texts and always conscientious and thorough in her follow up. And, of course, she is a thoroughly nice person and it was a pleasure to have her company as we visited prospective homes. Once we had signed a contract to purchase, Mary continued to shine in her attention to detail. She engaged the home inspector, recommended sources to us for other services, was diligent in following up with the closing attorney and the surveyor to keep things on schedule, and handled a great many details which made the closing go smoothly.
