Participants in the program review and select from among dozens of popular plans and tailor the design to their own individual tastes. By working with a select group of top local builders – who are experienced in the unique aspects of construction in Reynolds Lake Oconee – and choosing from a catalog of plans pre-approved by the Architectural Review Board, you save time and cost, and your experience is as streamlined as possible.
The Studio displays sample materials in three different finish levels, allowing something for most every taste and budget. Fixtures, cabinetry, flooring and more are displayed in a series of professionally decorated walkthrough exhibit spaces.
