- Reynolds Lake Oconee has a much broader selection of homes and homesites than most other communities. As a result, it is important to keep an open mind when starting your quest for the perfect property. Many times customers first visiting our community have a pre-set vision of what they are looking for. It often turns out that there is a property that is even better than what they had previously envisioned.
- Once you buy, get involved in the community. It is really easy to make new friends and to start engaging in a wide range of activities. Remember that everyone else was once new to our community at some point, and they are welcoming and very friendly.
- Don’t be afraid to try new things. I often hear from our new Members that for the first time in their lives they are doing things they have always dreamed about but never had the time or gumption to get it going. This is particularly true with volunteer work, mentoring, or taking advantage of cultural activities. The opportunity is here, and after all that is probably one of the reasons you are considering Reynolds.
- Plan on friends and family members wanting to visit. Reynolds is a particularly family-friendly community.
