Karen Saltzbart

Energetic and personable, Karen Saltzbart is an accomplished Broker with years of real estate management experience. She is well respected among her clients and peers for her integrity, creative marketing skills, and expansive real estate knowledge. Coming to real estate from retail, Karen is able to apply her unique perspective by incorporating marketing, financial and talent management, and exceptional customer service into selling real estate. Karen is committed to exceed her clients’ needs when buying and selling a property. Her skills when coupled with her love of helping others, benefits the Reynolds Lake Oconee clients, community, and successful real estate operation.

Like many of the agents who proudly work at Reynolds, Karen and her husband, Phil, have been members of the community since 2017 and officially made Reynolds their full-time home in 2020. Prior to moving to Reynolds, Karen was a Broker Manager of Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty in Holmdel, New Jersey for 13 years. Before managing an office with over 75 agents, Karen enjoyed a successful career as a real estate agent, counseling buyers and sellers across a multitude of Real Estate transactions. Preceding her successful real estate career, Karen held management positions in the Fashion Retail industry over a 15-year period.
